We make no com­pro­mises when it comes to sus­taina­bi­lity, but strive to maxi­mise the pro­por­tion of recy­cled pla­s­tics in our pro­ducts as part of a con­ti­nuous impro­ve­ment pro­cess.

In harmony with the well-being of people and nature, we face up to our cor­po­rate respon­si­bi­lity and make this con­tri­bu­tion to pre­ser­ving our world for our children and future gene­ra­tions.

Environmental protection and nature conservation

Our contribution to a greener environment:

  • Careful use of resources
  • Recy­cling and reuse in our own pro­duc­tion chain
  • Use of high-qua­lity, FSC®-certified wood for card­board and pack­a­ging mate­rials
  • Our pro­duc­tion pro­cess does not pro­duce any pol­lut­ants or micro­pla­s­tics that end up in waste water or exhaust air
  • All of the exhaust air from our pro­duc­tion faci­li­ties is cleaned using a modern, rege­ne­ra­tive post-com­bus­tion system
  • Con­ti­nuous impro­ve­ment of pro­duc­tion, pro­cess and pro­duct qua­lity and occu­pa­tional safety
  • Con­stant moni­to­ring of tar­gets and fur­ther deve­lo­p­ment for envi­ron­mental pro­tec­tion and nature con­ser­va­tion, sus­taina­bi­lity and recy­cling!

Thermal
Afterburning:

A the­matic exhaust air puri­fi­ca­tion system is in ope­ra­tion to treat pro­cess-related exhaust gases.

Effi­cient energy uti­li­sa­tion is ensured thanks to an energy recir­cu­la­tion system, inclu­ding into the pro­duc­tion pro­cess and the hea­ting of the pro­duc­tion halls.

Invest­ments in energy-effi­cient sys­tems, such as a new coo­ling system, help to reduce energy costs effi­ci­ently and sus­tain­ably.
