Yoga mats

Our yoga mats have a high-qua­lity finish and are made from inno­va­tive, envi­ron­men­tally fri­endly mate­rials. They offer a non-slip sur­face, optimum cushio­ning and excel­lent grip, which sup­ports a safe and com­for­table yoga expe­ri­ence. The pro­duc­tion pro­cess of the yoga mats begins with the careful sel­ec­tion and pre­pa­ra­tion of high-qua­lity recy­cled raw mate­rials, which undergo strict qua­lity con­trols. These recy­cled mate­rials are mixed with envi­ron­men­tally fri­endly addi­tives to create a stable, non-slip and cushio­ning base. The mate­rial mix­ture is then moulded into a fle­xible mat in an extru­sion pro­cess, which har­dens after a thermal tre­at­ment to give it its dura­bi­lity. Finally, a detailed qua­lity check is car­ried out before the yoga mats are packaged and dis­tri­buted.

We use state-of-the-art, auto­mated manu­fac­tu­ring pro­cesses to pro­duce sports mats and sports equip­ment such as tennis nets and arti­fi­cial turf. High-qua­lity, par­ti­ally recy­cled mate­rials are used in the pro­duc­tion of sports mats (as with our yoga mats), which are pro­cessed into non-slip, durable mats in a pre­cise extru­sion and curing pro­cess.

The tennis nets and arti­fi­cial turf are pro­duced using spe­cia­lised wea­ving and manu­fac­tu­ring pro­cesses that gua­rantee pre­cise dimen­sional accu­racy and high qua­lity. Overall, the pro­ducts impress with their optimum func­tion­a­lity, high dura­bi­lity and envi­ron­men­tally con­scious pro­duc­tion, making them ideal for both pro­fes­sional and recrea­tional sports.

Anti-slip mats

We only use high-qua­lity raw mate­rials that have been spe­ci­ally deve­loped for anti-slip pro­per­ties. These mate­rials are pro­cessed into moulded parts using modern methods such as extru­sion and injec­tion moul­ding under pre­cise tem­pe­ra­ture and pres­sure con­di­tions. The anti-slip mats then undergo strict qua­lity tests to ensure con­sis­t­ently high adhe­sion and dura­bi­lity. Thanks to its robust nature, the finished pro­duct offers optimum pro­tec­tion against slip­ping, increases safety in work areas and ensures the stable trans­port of goods.
