Weaves & Warping
Attachments
A wide range of machinery enables the production of highly technical and functional knitted fabrics for individual areas. 30 warp knitting and warping machines from renowned manufacturers in various designs and technologies (crochet galloon and raschel technology).
Production of open and closed knitted fabrics as carrier materials for coatings and similar applications, as well as spacer fabrics made from high-quality materials, polyester monofilaments and multifilaments, also from recycled raw materials.
Basis weights between approx. 30 and approx. 200 g/m
Widths up to 4.800 mm
Coating of technical textiles
Manufacturing process
- Brushing, dipping (impregnating/foularding), kiss coating, rotary stencil application, as well as drying, heat setting and functionalising, also possible in combination
- For processing web-shaped materials such as knitted and warp-knitted fabrics, woven fabrics, non-woven fabrics, technical textiles, carpets, floor coverings, artificial turf and much more.
Attachments
- Two coating lines with mobile application units, as well as stenter frames and dryers from well-known manufacturers, designed on the basis of our requirements.
- Special ventilation systems and homogeneous air and temperature distribution in the dryers enable customised process control for every fabric quality.
- Thanks to robust chains, warp bars and needle bar carriers, high absorption of longitudinal and transverse forces can be achieved.
