Attachments

A wide range of machi­nery enables the pro­duc­tion of highly tech­nical and func­tional knitted fabrics for indi­vi­dual areas. 30 warp knit­ting and war­ping machines from renowned manu­fac­tu­rers in various designs and tech­no­lo­gies (cro­chet gal­loon and raschel tech­no­logy).

Pro­duc­tion of open and closed knitted fabrics as car­rier mate­rials for coa­tings and similar appli­ca­tions, as well as spacer fabrics made from high-qua­lity mate­rials, poly­ester mono­fi­la­ments and mul­ti­fi­la­ments, also from recy­cled raw mate­rials.

Coating of technical textiles

Manufacturing process

  • Brushing, dip­ping (impregnating/foularding), kiss coa­ting, rotary stencil appli­ca­tion, as well as drying, heat set­ting and func­tion­a­li­sing, also pos­sible in com­bi­na­tion
  • For pro­ces­sing web-shaped mate­rials such as knitted and warp-knitted fabrics, woven fabrics, non-woven fabrics, tech­nical tex­tiles, car­pets, floor cove­rings, arti­fi­cial turf and much more.

Attachments

  • Two coa­ting lines with mobile appli­ca­tion units, as well as stenter frames and dryers from well-known manu­fac­tu­rers, desi­gned on the basis of our requi­re­ments.
  • Spe­cial ven­ti­la­tion sys­tems and homo­ge­neous air and tem­pe­ra­ture dis­tri­bu­tion in the dryers enable cus­to­mised pro­cess con­trol for every fabric qua­lity.
  • Thanks to robust chains, warp bars and needle bar car­riers, high absorp­tion of lon­gi­tu­dinal and trans­verse forces can be achieved.

  • Pro­duc­tion of pieces and mats by means of lon­gi­tu­dinal and cross-sec­tional cut­ting on a manu­fac­tu­ring line.
  • Appli­ca­tion of labels, mar­king by engra­ving or label­ling by laser
