Training details
We offer two apprenticeships:
Plastics and rubber technologist
→ 3 years
Machine and plant operator
→ 2 years
- Start of training: 1 August 2026 or 1 September 2026
- Working hours: 35-hour week (Mon – Fri)
- Vocational school: in Osterode or Northeim
- Place of work: Osterode am Harz
- Type: In-company vocational training
Training content
- Familiarisation with the processes of a production company
- Starting up and operating machines, systems and peripheral equipment
- Control and optimisation of production processes
- Inspection, maintenance and repair of production facilities
- Operating control, regulation and measuring equipment as well as process control systems
The training programme for machine and plant operators (m|w|d) teaches the same basic principles, but focuses more on the operation and monitoring of production systems.
Training allowance
We offer you a training allowance in accordance with the collective wage agreement (staggered according to years of training):
1st year of apprenticeship: 1.225,00 €
2nd year of apprenticeship: 1.296,00 €
3rd year of apprenticeship: 1.413,00 €
On top of this, we also offer subsidies and special payments.
